This special seal friend is made from 100% merino wool felt dyed using geranium extract and seaweed foraged from the shore of Four Mile Creek, on the east coast of Tasmania.
Designed and handmade with love in Tasmania, using natural and sustainably sourced materials. This makes them incredibly tactile, with a variety of textures to explore, especially their fluffy bellies!
Unlike most plush toys on the market, rather than being stuffed with purpose made polyester fibre, our fur seal pups are full of recycled PET derived from recycled plastic bottles.
Each seal repurposes 20 plastic bottles, which can be recycled again at the end of their long and happy life.
