Guardians of the bay, Syrena keeps watch from the shore while a lone shark cruises through the blue. Surrounded by a diverse collection of seaweeds from around the bay, Custodians is a nod to the characters, living, sculpted and otherwise, that have come to belong to Binalong.
Cyanotype is an early photographic process where negatives are placed on top of a light-sensitive emulsion, then exposed to UV to create an image.
