Intended to be viewed from a bird’s-eye perspective, flying over the rock pools of Binalong Bay where the fragments used to dye this piece were collected. Layers of seaweed, bark and eucalyptus leaves mimic the way they float through the water, shifting and interacting with each turn of the tide.
The unpredictable nature of the process means this piece cannot be recreated.
